Ticket statuses
Mission Accepted – request received and ready
Mission In Motion – work in progress
Tactical Revisions Underway – edits/revisions happening
Standing By For Your Signal – waiting on client info/approval
Scheduled For Launch – ready and scheduled
Mission Accomplished – completed
