How to Check Ticket Status

Purpose: how clients track progress.

You can track all open tickets for your company using the Ticket Portal.

Where to view tickets

  • Log in to the Help Center

  • Click Tickets portal

  • You’ll see all active and completed requests

Ticket statuses

  1. Mission Accepted – request received and ready

  2. Mission In Motion – work in progress

  3. Tactical Revisions Underway – edits/revisions happening

  4. Standing By For Your Signal – waiting on client info/approval

  5. Scheduled For Launch – ready and scheduled

  6. Mission Accomplished – completed
